Stir-fried Bacon with Large Pieces of Cabbage

Slice bacon, cut cabbage stalks into cubes, and cut a bit of hot pepper.

Fried bacon first

Stir out the bacon, it won’t feel too greasy to eat

Put in the cabbage stems.

Put some salt on the cabbage stems to let the cabbage taste.

Stir well.
7.
Stir fry again.
8.
Stir-fry the cabbage stems.
9.
Pour light soy sauce on top of the pan and add some monosodium glutamate.
10.
Serve on the table
Tips:
If the bacon is too oily, stir out the oil in the bacon first.
