Stir-fried Bamboo Shoots with Black Fungus and Peanuts

Ingredients: bamboo shoots (washed), peanuts (cooked), black fungus (soaked, washed and torn apart)

Put the cleaned bamboo shoots on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Lower the black fungus into a pot of clean water, blanch it, and remove it.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut bamboo shoots and stir fry.

Then, combine the peanuts and blanched black fungus and stir fry.

Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of sugar.

Add the right amount of salt.

Add the right amount of MSG.

Saute and stir well, serve.
