I went to the market and didn't know what to eat, but saw that the beans were quite fresh. I bought a little bit and matched it with some carrot shreds, which is pretty good in terms of color and nutrition. Speaking of this method, I learned it from an aunt. I didn’t know how to chop and stir-fry. I accidentally ate the chopped and stir-fried. I thought it was delicious. So I did it myself. I like it, I suggest you try"

Stir-fried Beans with Carrots

1. Wash carrots, peeled and shredded

2. Remove and wash both ends of the beans

3. cut to shreds

4. Heat a little oil in the pot

5. Pour in the green beans and stir fry for a while

6. Add carrot shreds and stir fry

7. Add salt to taste

8. Add light soy sauce and stir well

9. Add a little water, cover the pot and simmer for a few minutes.

Tips:

You don’t need much oil in the pot, because it is shredded. Finally, add a little water to the pot and simmer for a while. The beans will be cooked. If the taste is heavy, you can add some chili sauce or bean paste.
