Stir-fried Beef and Potato Shreds

Wash all ingredients and set aside.

Shred potatoes and soak in clean water.
3.
Shred the green onion, ginger, and red pepper.
4.
Put the shredded beef with cornstarch, cooking wine, soy sauce, and salt, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes to taste.
5.
Heat oil in a pan, put beef shreds, add ginger shreds, stir-fry to change color and serve.
6.
Add the remaining oil to the potato shreds and stir fry.
7.
Add in water and cook for a while, then add red pepper shreds.
8.
Add salt light soy sauce, combine beef shreds and green onions.
9.
Stir fry evenly.
10.
Can be served out of the pan.
