Stir-fried Broccoli with Beef

Ingredients: broccoli, beef, ginger, garlic, pepper, peanut oil, salt, cornstarch, soy sauce.

Wash the beef, cut it into thin slices, add cornstarch, oil, salt, pepper, and soy sauce, and stir well.

Cut broccoli into small stalks, soak them in the rice-washing water for 5 minutes, then remove them and wash them with water, and drain the water.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and boil, put the washed broccoli in the pot to blanch, remove the cold water and drain.

After the pot is hot, pour the oil, stir fry the garlic and ginger, add the cut beef, and stir-fry over high heat.

Then pour the blanched broccoli into the pot, stir-fry on high heat, then add salt and stir-fry evenly to get out of the pot.
Tips:
1. Broccoli has emerald green, and another is white cauliflower. Green broccoli is crisper and more refreshing than white.
