Stir-fried Cabbage with Fungus

Prepare dried fungus

Soak in water for more than 6 hours to soak hair

Tips:
1. Grab the meat slices with a little starch, the taste will be more tender after being cooked.
2. When cleaning the fungus after soaking, you can add some flour to clean it more cleanly.
3. The fried cabbage has a crispy texture. If you like a soft and waxy texture, you can blanch it with boiling water before frying.
