Stir-fried Carob

Wash the ingredients.

Pinch off the head and tail of the beans and break them into 8-10cm long sections.

Finely chop dried sea rice, cut into small circles of morning pepper, mince mustard and garlic for later use.

Relax the oil in the wok and heat it to 70% heat.

Add the beans and fry them over a medium-low heat until small bubbles appear on the surface of the beans.

Remove the oil control for later use.

Leave the bottom oil in the pan, continue to heat, add the meat, stir-fry on low heat until the meat is white.

Add minced garlic, dried sea rice, and mustard tuber, and stir fry for a fragrant flavor.

Add cooking wine and Chaotian pepper and stir fry.

Add the fried beans, light soy sauce, sugar, and salt.

Stir it quickly and evenly.
