Stir-fried Carob

Tear off the old tendons at both ends of the beans, break them into two, wash and control the moisture.

Dice garlic. Set aside small hot pepper and peppercorns.

Put vegetable oil in the pot, heat up, add the beans, and fry until the surface of the beans is wrinkled.

Take it out and control it all.

Leave a little oil in the pot, add small hot peppers, peppercorns, garlic scallops, pour in the beans, put appropriate amount of light soy sauce, a little sugar, and stir-fry.

After the beans are fully cooked, add a small amount of salt and monosodium glutamate, and take them out of the pot.
