Stir-fried Carob

Remove the head and tail of the beans, then peel off the thick silk on both sides, wash, and cut into sections for later use.

Heat the pan, pour an appropriate amount of edible oil and heat until the oil is hot, fry the carob until the surface is slightly yellow, remove the oil and set aside.

Leave a little cooking oil in the pot, sauté the minced garlic over a low heat, add the ground meat and fry until it is scattered and white, add chili sauce, soy sauce, sugar and water and cook until dry and fragrant.
4.
Add the beans and fry until the soup is dry.
