Stir-fried Carrot Shreds

Shred the white radish and add salt to kill the water;

Shred green onion, ginger and garlic, mince mustard, and mince red pepper;

Put vegetable oil in a wok over medium-low heat, add shredded pork belly, and stir fry;

Add ginger

Add green onion and garlic;
6.
Add appropriate amount of soy sauce;
7.
Add chopped mustard and chopped red pepper and stir fry evenly;

Put in shredded radish;
9.
Stir evenly;
10.
Out of the pot, finished product.
Tips:
White radish is salted to kill water, and the taste is crisp, salty and fresh.
