Stir-fried Carrots with Parsley

Cut parsley into sections.

Carrot slices.
3.
Shred the meat.
4.
Mince ginger and garlic.
5.
Heat oil in a pan, saute minced ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Add shredded pork and stir fry until white, add cooking wine, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

Add carrot slices and fry for a while.

Add celery and fry until broken.

Add salt and sugar.
