Stir Fried Chicken Hearts

Prepare a plate of chicken hearts, weighing about 300 grams; remove the heart-protecting oil outside the chicken hearts and rinse them;

Tips:
1. Stir-fried chicken heart oil can be added more appropriately. The temperature of the oil must be hot, but don't burn until it smokes, which is bad for your health. After the chicken heart is put into the pot, stir fry continuously, and pour the cooking wine to remove the fishy;
2. Chili and green garlic can be eaten raw, and then put it in the pot, as soon as the color changes, the color is beautiful and delicious; the chili can be put in the pot in advance to increase the spicy flavor of the chicken heart.
