Stir-fried Chicken Hearts with Garlic Moss

Divide the chicken hearts into four, boil water in a pot, and remove them after they are cooked.

Wash the garlic moss and cut into sections.
3.
Cut the green pepper into pieces and the carrot into fine pieces.
4.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic cloves, and scallions until fragrant.
5.
Add garlic moss and fry until broken.
6.
Add the chicken heart and stir fry for two minutes.
7.
Add the green peppers and fry the carrots until they are broken.
8.
Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt, and chicken essence and stir fry evenly.
9.
Serve it.
