Stir-fried Chicken with Chayote

Remove the impurities from the chicken breast and wash it.

Open the middle piece, pat loosely with the back of a knife, and cut into small dices. Add salt, starch, and pepper, add appropriate amount of water in portions, and mix well to make the syrup.

Peel the chayote and dig out the flesh.

Slice the green onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper, and dice the chayote.

Soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar, five-spice powder, sugar, salt, add a little warm water to make a sauce.

Add more oil to the wok and heat it up, add chicken breasts and stir-fry them to become discolored and serve.
7.
Using the oil in the bottom of the pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and sauté until fragrant.
8.
Add the diced chayote and stir-fry for a few minutes until it is broken.
9.
Add chicken breast and red pepper, pour the sauce along the side of the pot, and stir fry.
10.
The juice is almost dried.
