Stir-fried Chili with Chives

Cut the leek into small sections and slice it into thin slices.

Put oil in the pot, add chili and stir fry when the oil is hot, then add the leeks and salt to continue stir fry. Be careful not to fry over the heat.
3.
Add monosodium glutamate and light soy sauce, stir fry, and serve.
