The meat of the swimming crab is tender and white, rich in protein, fat and a variety of minerals. The methods are also diversified. The stir-fried crab is more flavorful than boiled.

Stir Fried Crab

1. Wash the swimming crab

2. Prepare cornstarch, green onion and ginger

3. Open the crab lid, take out the crab stomach, wash and cut the gills, and seal the cut with cornstarch

4. Pour oil in the pot

5. Warm the oil, fry the cornstarch on the side until slightly yellow

6. Fry the whole crab

7. In another pot, pour the bottom oil into the warm oil, the shallots and ginger to burst the fragrance

8. Add the crab to the cooking wine and a little boiling water

9. Add salt and light soy sauce, cover and cook, then turn off the heat

10. Put it in a basin and sprinkle with green onions and serve

Tips:

1. The stomach and gills of crabs must be cleaned and cannot be eaten. Crabs are cold food. When cooking, adding more ginger can play a neutralizing effect.
2. Fry over medium heat, there will be a mushy smell if it is dipped in cornstarch
