Stir-fried Crab with June Dried Yellow Radish

June yellow crab and other materials

Use a plate of water, place 2 spoons of other white wine, soak the June yellow crabs in it for 15 minutes

Remove the dull June yellow crab (so poor) to remove the cheeks, clean up, and let the water dry

Spread cornstarch on June yellow crabs

Deep-fry the crab pieces in hot oil and serve them for later use

Take another pot, pour the remaining oil of the fried crab in the pot, saute the garlic, ginger, and chili, then cut nail-sized radishes and fry for a while

Tips:
1. If the radish is too salty, soak it in water to remove the salt;
2. If you like spicy food, add more chili.
