Stir-fried Dried Tofu with Green Peppers

Dice dried tofu, green pepper, and chop green onion.

Heat the oil in a pan, saute the chopped green onion, and add the dried tofu. Cook soy sauce.

Stir fry evenly. Add an appropriate amount of water. After boiling, simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Add green peppers. Stir-fry evenly, add salt and MSG to taste.

Pour in water starch to thicken the gorgon.
6.
After the gorgon juice is gelatinized, turn off the heat.
7.
Put it out of the pot and serve on the table.
Tips:
1. Simmer the dried tofu for a while to ensure a soft taste.
2. The juice should be thinner.
