Stir-fried Eggplant with Tomato

Eggplant and tomato are cut into pieces separately

Slice garlic, mince green onions
3.
Heat oil in a pan, add eggplant and stir-fry until it changes color, then add light soy sauce and stir-fry well

Add tomatoes and stir fry to make the juice, then add salt, oyster sauce, vinegar
5.
Stir-fry and turn off the heat, add the onion and garlic and stir well.
Tips:
Put the garlic at the end to taste the aroma of garlic, if you don’t like it, you can stir fragrant before frying the eggplant
