Stir-fried Enoki Mushroom with Lean Pork

Ingredients: Lean shredded pork.

Enoki mushroom.

Beef sauce.

Add some cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, and mixed oil to the lean shredded pork, mix well, and set aside.

Remove the roots and wash the enoki mushrooms, remove them and set aside.

Heat the oil in the saucepan, add the lean pork shreds and stir fry until the color changes.

Next, add the enoki mushrooms and stir fry.

Then, put a spoonful of beef sauce and stir fry.

Finally, add some salt and vinegar.

Stir-fry well and serve.
