Stir-fried Fresh Mushrooms with Leeks.
1.
Remove the stems of the mushrooms and wash off the impurities

Tear it into big strips by hand
3.
Pick and wash the leeks and cut into sections
4.
Cut garlic into slices and set aside
5.
Put star anise in hot oil in the pot and sauté the garlic slices
6.
Pour the mushrooms and stir fry once
7.
Drenched in light soy sauce
8.
Season with salt and MSG

Sprinkle in the leeks and mix well to get out of the pot
