Stir-fried Fungus with Minced Meat and Chives

Wash the fungus with water and pluck it into small flowers.

Wash the leeks and cut into sections.
3.
Mince pork.
4.
Let go of the fungus and blanch it in the water first, then remove it and let it cool.

Heat oil in a pot, add minced pork and dried red peppers and stir-fry.

Put soy sauce, oyster sauce and appropriate amount of water.
7.
Add fungus and stir fry.
8.
Add the leeks and stir well.
9.
Add salt and chicken essence to taste before serving.
