Stir-fried Green Pepper with Chicken Liver

Wash the chicken liver and cut it well. Boil hot water in the pot.

Put the chicken liver in hot water and boil it to remove the bleeding water.

After riding out, rinse with cold water and set aside.

Put oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger, soy sauce, thirteen spices, sugar and saute until fragrant.

Go down and stir fry the chicken liver, drop 2 drops of vinegar to get rid of fishy.

After the chicken liver is fried, add the cut green peppers and continue to fry. Add salt and MSG.

After the chili is fried, it can be out of the pot.
Tips:
Vinegar is used to remove fishy, don't add too much, just drop two drops.
