Stir-fried Green Pepper with Sliced Pork

Ingredients are prepared.

Pork slices.

Add the meat slices with cooking wine, mix well, and marinate for a while.

Cut green peppers into pieces.

Slice garlic.

Cut green onions into rings.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the meat slices, and stir-fry until the meat slices change color.

Add chopped green onion and pepper powder.

Add the soy sauce and slowly cook the meat slices.

Add green peppers, garlic slices, and salt, and stir-fry quickly.

Tips:
1. Add meat slices with cooking wine to remove fishy.
2. Add oil to the hot pot to prevent sticking of the pot, which is also a common practice for frying home cooking.
