Stir-fried Green Peppers with Chicken Hearts
1.
Clean the chicken heart after cutting it with a knife to wash away the blood clots in the middle. Blanch it in boiling water to remove any foam
2.
I use a pressure cooker to boil my favorite chicken heart for 10 minutes and let it out naturally. If you use a boiling pot, it will cook for half an hour. Add some salt and cooking wine when cooking, don’t have too much salt, just a little salty.
3.
Take out the cooked chicken hearts to control the soup
4.
Wash the big green peppers, break them into small pieces, and cut some chopped green onions
5.
Put oil in the wok and stir-fry in the chicken hearts
6.
Sauté the remaining water in the soup from the chicken heart, and the skin is slightly dry
7.
Add green peppers and chopped green onion to stir fry
8.
I'm adding some salt, and I've been frying it all the time
9.
See the green peppers change color, add some MSG and stir-fry them out of the pot
Tips:
The chicken hearts should be cooked and fried first, and then fried with water, and then the green peppers are added. It tastes chewy and fragrant.
