Stir-fried Jelly

Wash pea flour and garlic sprouts for later use

Slice pea flour, chop garlic sprouts and set aside

Add a little cooking oil to the oil pan. The oil is 70% hot. Pour in the jelly and stir fry, add the seasonings, and finally sprinkle in the chopped garlic sprouts
