Stir-fried Lamb

1. Prepare the ingredients, chop the green onion, shredded coriander, and cut ginger, garlic, and minced cumin.

2. Wash the haggis and blanch it again.

3. Add bottom oil to the pot and add ginger shreds.

4. Put the shredded green onions into the frying pan.

5. Add the lamb and stir fry.

6. Add minced garlic soy sauce salt vinegar.

7. Add cumin grains and stir fry.

8. Sprinkle coriander on the plate.
