Stir-fried Lentils with Green and Red Peppers

Ingredients: hot peppers, red peppers, lentils

Shred the hot pepper and red pepper

Shredded lentils

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped green onions

Add shredded lentils and stir fry

Stir-fry until shredded lentils change color, cook in light soy sauce

Add the shredded pepper and red pepper and stir fry

Tips:
1. Lentils must be cooked thoroughly before they can be eaten.
2. Cook with green and red peppers just for color matching. You can also put only one kind of chili, the taste is the same.
