Stir-fried Lotus Leaf Egg with Oyster Mushroom and Garlic Sprouts

1. Ingredients: garlic sprouts (cleaned and cut into sections), pleurotus eryngii (cleaned), lotus leaf eggs

2. Put the washed pleurotus eryngii on the cutting board and cut into slices, set aside.

3. Boil the garlic sprouts in a pot of clean water until they are broken, and remove them.
