Stir-fried Meat with Cowpea

1. Wash the cowpeas and cut them into small pieces for later use.

2. After the pan is heated, add the oil. When it's 70 minutes hot, put the cowpea in the first step and fry it until the tiger skin is picked up.

3. Put a little oil in a pan for six minutes and heat it into the ginger and garlic slices, stir-fry the dried chilies, then fry the minced meat, finally add the cowpea, salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken bouillon, green onions and stir-fry evenly.
