Stir-fried Minced Pork with Green Pepper and Onion

Wash and dice onions.

Wash the green peppers, remove their seeds, and chop them into fine pieces. My peppers are more spicy.

Mince pork.

Add onion diced and chopped green pepper and stir fry.

Add half a spoon of oyster sauce and stir fry evenly.

Add chicken essence and stir fry evenly, turn off the heat.
