Stir-fried Mustard with Shredded Pork and Oyster Mushroom

1. Wash oyster mushrooms and mustard pickles

2. Tear oyster mushrooms into small pieces

3. Shredded mustard

4. Wash the mustard slices repeatedly and soak in cold water

5. When the salt in the mustard shreds is gone, remove the dried water and set aside

6. Shred meat, shred green onions

8. Boil mushrooms in a pot under cold water
