In the past, I always like to order fried noodles with strange flavor when I was eating out at school. The strange flavor is that ham, squid and cumin are added to it. The taste is sweet and sour. There are a lot of vegetables in it, so it is nutritious and convenient to make. "

Stir-fried Noodles

1. Prepare the vegetables, cut tomatoes into small pieces, shred the rest of the vegetables, and cut the ham into strips.

2. Ready to roll the noodles by hand, I chose the round and thin ones.

3. After the water is boiled, make noodles and cook for three or two minutes.

4. Take out the cold water.

5. After the oil is hot, add the onion and stir fry for a nice aroma.

6. Add squid, tomatoes, ham, noodles, and finally cabbage.

7. Put cumin, chili oil, and soy sauce in sequence to make the noodles color. Then add a little white vinegar, two teaspoons of sugar, one teaspoon of salt, and chicken essence.

8. Out of the pot~

Tips:

Don’t blanch the noodles. Just cook for three or two minutes. Remove the cold water. Because of the tomatoes, I put white vinegar. If you like to eat vinegar, you can put vinegar and sugar. It’s sour and sweet. Don't put too much salt, because two spoons of soy sauce will make it color.
