Stir-fried Organic Cauliflower

Wash the organic cauliflower and blanch it in a pot.

Sliced pork belly.
3.
The blanched organic cauliflower should be kept in cold water for later use.

Stir-fry the pork belly from the pot with oil.
5.
Stir-fry the pork belly to get the oil.
6.
Add minced ginger and minced garlic and stir fry to make a fragrant cooking wine.
7.
Add organic cauliflower and stir fry.
8.
Stir fry with light soy sauce and oyster sauce.
9.
Add salt to taste.
10.
Out of the pan.
