Stir-fried Pleurotus Eryngii

Ingredients: King Pleurotus eryngii, shredded onion, cumin, sesame, chili powder

Wash the eryngii mushrooms and cut into thin slices

Leave the oil in the pot, add the eryngii mushrooms, and stir-fry until there is no moisture.
