Stir-fried Poached Egg with Green Pepper

Prepare duck eggs and green peppers.

Pour a little vegetable oil into a non-stick pan, heat it up, beat in two duck eggs, and fry.

When the side is golden, turn it over and continue to fry.

Then cut the poached egg into thick strips and set aside.

Wash the green peppers and cut into strips.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the green pepper and stir fry, pour in some light soy sauce, and adjust the color slightly.

Then pour the teriyaki sauce and stir fry.

When the skin of the green pepper is like tiger skin, add appropriate amount of salt to taste.

Tips:
Duck eggs can be replaced with eggs as you like, the same.
