Stir-fried Pork Belly with Baby Vegetables

1. Boil the pork belly in water for 15 minutes before frying, slice it, and heat it up.

2. Blow dry a bit.

3. Add ginger garlic slices and small green red peppers.

4. Stir-fry for a while and add dried chilies.

5. Fry for a while.

6. Put baby vegetables in.

7. Stir fry for a while.

8. Add appropriate amount of salt and MSG to taste.

9. Sprinkle a little pepper at the end.

10. Stir fry for a while and get out of the pot.
