Stir-fried Pork Belly with Sauerkraut

First, dry the sauerkraut in a dry pan.

Cut the pork belly into thin slices and fry until golden on both sides. The whole dish does not need to be oiled. It is enough to use the oil for frying the pork belly.

Frying pork belly and baking sauerkraut are done at the same time, which saves some time.

Shred the ginger, smash the garlic, and dice the spicy millet.

Tips:
1. Sauerkraut must be dried in a dry pan. Bake the sauerkraut stems first, then bake the sauerkraut leaves
2. The pork belly does not need to be marinated. Rinse it, cut into thin slices, and fry until golden on both sides.
