Stir-fried Pork Slices with Asparagus

Wash wild asparagus and drain the water, cut into inch sections, blanch it in a pot of boiling water, and drain the water in a cold river for use.

Peel and wash pork belly

Thinly sliced

Slice garlic, cut green onion into sections, and appropriate amount of green pepper

Heat the oil in the pan

Saute the shallots and garlic when the oil is hot

Fry the meat slices in the pan to turn them white, add 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine and 1 teaspoon of five-spice powder and stir-fry evenly
8.
Add the asparagus at the bottom, add some salt, stir fry evenly and put on the pan
Tips:
The asparagus is blanched and fried.
