Stir-fried Pork with Bamboo Shoots and Pork with Hot Peppers

Ingredients: bamboo shoot tip, sharp pepper (washed), pork belly (sliced)

Put the cleaned hot peppers on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Put the bamboo shoot tip on the cutting board and cut open, set aside.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in the pot, add the cut pork belly and stir fry.

Next, stir in the cut peppers and bamboo shoot tips, stir fry the peppers and cut them off.

Then, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.

Add 0.5 scoop of MSG.
