Stir-fried Pork with Bitter Gourd for Clearing Heat and Detoxifying

Wash bitter gourd, cut heart and slice

Garlic slices

Add garlic slices in hot oil and saute until fragrant

Add soy sauce and stir fry evenly

Tips:
If you like a bit softer taste, you can add a little water at the end and cook it. Then wait until the moisture is completely dried, then you can put it on the plate and out of the pot.
If you don't like the bitter taste, you can remove the white film of the bitter gourd, then sprinkle with salt and pickle it with your hands. When the bitter water is marinated, you can remove part of the bitterness by rinsing with water twice with your hands.
