Stir-fried Pork with Chives

Wash the leek flowers and cut into sections, shred the ginger; slice the pork, add peppercorns to the lean meat, add water starch, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes

Heat the oil in the pot. Add the fatty meat and stir fry to get the fat, then add the lean meat after it is rolled, and fry until it turns white

Add bean paste and a little soy sauce, stir fry evenly

Add the leek flowers and stir-fry until broken

Pour in ginger and stir-fry. Put a little monosodium glutamate before starting the pan, and stir well.
