Stir-fried Pork with Cucumber and Carrot

Wash the carrots and cut them into round slices about 3 mm thick, then use a mold to carve out the carrot flowers; wash and slice the cucumbers, peel the garlic cloves and chop them for later use

Boil a small pot of water. After the water is boiled, put the cut carrots into the blanching water

Blanch it and remove it for later use

Pork slices

Heat the frying pan to 40% heat, add the pork slices and minced garlic and stir fry

After the meat slices are fried dry, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, light soy sauce, black pepper, salt, stir fry evenly, then pour in cucumber slices and stir fry for a while

Add blanched carrot slices

Stir-fry for two minutes, add chicken powder and sesame oil and stir-fry until it is out of the pan
Tips:
Meat slices can be marinated with cooking wine and tender meat starch for 15 minutes to taste smoother and tenderer
