Stir-fried Pork with Garlic Moss

Pour oil in a hot pan, pour in pork belly and stir fry.

Stir fry until the pork belly comes out.
3.
Pour in onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry.
4.
Pour in the garlic moss and stir fry.
5.
Pour in soy sauce, salt, and seasoning.
6.
Pour in water and simmer for a while.
7.
Stir-fry for about four or five minutes, stir-fry evenly and sprinkle with chicken essence.
8.
Platter.
Tips:
Garlic moss should not be fried for too long.
