Stir-fried Pork with Garlic Moss Fungus

Preparation: garlic moss, fungus, pork

Preparation: tomatoes, green onion, ginger, garlic and chili; soak the fungus to remove impurities.

Remove the tip of the garlic moss, wash and cut into inch sections; cut tomatoes into small pieces; chop green onion, garlic and pepper; slice or shred ginger; wash and control the water.

Pork slices, add cooking wine, salt, pepper noodles, starch and stir to marinate

Heat the oil with the pork slices and ginger slices and stir fry.

Some vinegar and stir fry

Add green onion, garlic and chili and stir fry

Put the dark soy sauce (or light soy sauce), stir fry

Put garlic moss and stir fry

Put the fungus on it and fry it (it feels dry to a little bit of water)

Stir-fry tomatoes before starting

Put pepper and sesame oil in a pan and serve.
Tips:
When you don't like the heavy color when you stir fry the meat, you can put a little dark soy sauce or only soy sauce or light soy sauce.
