Stir-fried Pork with Garlic Sprouts

Pinch the garlic stalks to remove the top flowers, and cut into about 4cm long pieces for later use

Remove the seeds of the pepper and cut into filaments the same length as the garlic sprouts

Thinly sliced pork belly

Add ginger, sugar, white pepper, cooking wine, light soy sauce, starch, marinate for 10 minutes to taste

Heat the pan, add oil and heat until slightly hot. Pour into the meat slices. After 5 seconds, use a spatula to spread and fry until the meat slices turn white.

Pour in garlic sprouts and a teaspoon of boiling water and stir-fry, add salt to taste after the garlic sprouts change color

Finally, add the shredded pepper and water starch and stir well.
