Stir-fried Pork with Green Peppers and Carrots

Peel the carrots, wash them, and cut into diamond-shaped slices. Wash the green peppers and cut into small pieces. Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic.

Pour a little oil in the pan, add the onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant, add the sliced meat and stir fry.

The meat slices turn white, add 10ml cooking wine, 15ml light soy sauce, 10ml dark soy sauce, and stir fry.
