Stir-fried Pork with Homemade Potatoes

Wash the garlic sprouts and cut diagonally into sections, and slice the cooked pork.

Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into thin and even slices.

Heat vegetable oil in a pot, add chili sauce and fry until fragrant, add meat slices, and stir slightly.

When the meat slices start to get oily, add potato slices and stir fry, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, pepper, and a little salt (the chili sauce contains salt).

The potato chips are a little harder and delicious.
