Stir-fried Pork with Mushroom

Slice the mushrooms and slice the pork.

Boil water in a pot. After the water is boiled, add the mushroom slices and blanch them until the mushrooms have shrunk.

Put the pork slices with salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and tender meat powder to marinate. About 15 minutes.

Put oil in the pan, add the meat slices and stir fry until the color changes

Stir fry the mushrooms together at the entrance.

Add red pepper, green onion and continue to fry, add salt (a small amount), season with oyster sauce, and stir a few times to get out of the pot.

The taste of mushroom is very good. The pork is thin but not chai and red pepper but the decoration is not spicy, so children can eat it with confidence.
Tips:
It’s okay to blanch mushrooms for a longer time; the meat must be marinated.
