Stir-fried Pork with Onions

Prepare ingredients: 1 round onion, 1 piece of braised pork, and some minced ginger and garlic.

Shred the shallots and cut the stewed meat into sections.

Saute the minced ginger and garlic.

Pour in the braised pork and fry out the fat.
